I hear Him calling me to a new level of faith.
I see myself as a little girl laughing and playing. The Father is watching me. I have no care in the world because I know that He is taking care of all that. I am free to play, and enjoy the moment.
I have this automatic child like faith in Him because my Father has caused me no harm. He gently,lovingly and patiently takes care of me. I'm not scared for my life. What i will eat or drink cuz as a parent that's His job to think of all that for me.
Is it possible to live a life like this as an adult?
Raised by the Father who never sleeps or slumbers. I am always on His mind. He does not take his eye off of me for a second. He will not sell,or give me away. I can call upon him in an emergency I can yell His name and He will be right there. There is no doubt of His love for me when I am His child.

He Delights In Me
He delights in me!?
I am both puzzled and excited at the same time upon hearing this statement. First, to think that I am someone to be delighted in is a little weird for me to even think about. And second to think that I can even want to be delighted in is some what appalling to me. But then it also excites me that He loves me and looks upon me in all His beauty with a love that see's no sin. For I am the righteousness of Christ and have been made right by Him.
He-delights-in-me.
Oh God I sense that you want to take me deeper. Somewhere I've never been or even heard about before. Somewhere I never knew existed. Help me to let go so I can receive more of You. Show me your delight and what it means. I ask for new revelation and fresh vision of what it means to be your girl. Stir in me femininity and awaken the passion within that you have placed in me. In your name, Amen

Dear Mr. Youth Man
Excuse me Mr. Youth Man, but I have a few questions for you. I hope I don't come off to concerned and yet I can't help but ask myself why can't I? Is it not my God given right as a parent to be concerned for the one that I will be held accountable to God for raising him in the instruction and righteousness of the One who gave me him. Okay, maybe that was a bit much. How bout it came with the job.
Please know that when I ask you if you have a blog, what I'm really saying is I'd like to get to know the one that my child will look up to better.
And when I ask you what the name of the youth group is and if they have there own website, what I am really asking is if they have there own identity as a group? You know a place to belong and become who God created them to be.
When I ask you how should I refer to you as, the youth pastor or youth leader, what I am really asking is what are your intentions as someone who is in a position to impact the next generation for greater or worse? Depending on your answer, it will tell me how involved you are in the lives of the youth and therefor let me know how serious you are about your God given position.
The next question follows that. When I ask you what the vision is for the group, please know that what I'm really asking is what are your goals for the youth? I know my goal for my child(Most mom's pretty much have the same one) but I gotta wonder are yours the same?
And when I ask you who holds you accountable, what I am really saying is who is training you as you train the youth?
And when I ask you how long you've been a christian what I am really asking is what is your relationship with God like?
Well, I think that's all the questions I have for now. I don't mean to put you on the spot and yet I do. As one who will have a huge impact on my child it's imperative in this case that you meet certain standards cuz as I said before you impact them for better or for worse. Thanks for listening.

It's A Celebration!!!
Your children are blessings sent from the Father above. I need you to bring them to me...I have great plans for there lives. You are not inadequate. You are a mother a role that I have placed in you. Now mother them as I mother you. Lean on me as they lean on you. Teach them who there Father is. I want to love on them through you. Don't worry about there earthly father my love is enough...I have enough love to go around and around some more.
You see I am celebrating you. You are a star! Everyday, every moment I look upon you with love and delight that says how happy I am that you are mine. Your birth certificate is signed by Me and everyday is a spiritual birthday party up here with songs of joy, love and laughter. I declare laughter over you My child. At this never ending heavenly party the table is filled to overflowing with gifts galore. And they have your name on it. To:Athena With Love:Your Father. Go ahead open one....that's right its the gift of life. L-I-F-E Live It Fully Everyday...For you are fearfully and wonderfully made and my mercies are new every morning.

A Daughter of the King
Inherit:To come into possession of;possess.
This is what the Lord has been speaking of to me this morning. I had no words to tell Him just feelings. As I sat silently staring out the window with my heart racing and my mind spinning with all the cares of this world I thought to myself,What if I don't need to know God as my Father as much as I need to know myself as His daughter? Daughter of the most high God...what does that look like anyway?

Dear Daddy
I am having trouble processing it all. I just need to know that every things going to be okay. Trust you?? How? How can I trust when I never could before? How can I believe in something I can't even see. You have taken care of me all my life even when I wouldn't acknowledge you. Where are you now? I am weary. If it's not one thing it's another. I need you. I need you to deliver me from my oppression and set my paths straight. Help me to trust in you. Help me to lean on only you. Strengthen me to do what I know you ask of me and may kindness be on my heart.
